IMPACT isn’t your run-of-the-mill, theory-heavy training. It’s the practical solution you’ve been looking for.
We don’t overwhelm you with information. Instead, we provide you with just enough knowledge and guide you in applying it to real-life conversations and challenges. You’ll leave with the communication skills to revolutionise your management style and empower your team.
Who is this training for?
Managers and leaders who want to:
- Keep teams motivated and engaged.
- Manage performance and provide constructive feedback with confidence.

IMPACT can be run in-person or online
- The in-person training runs over three days (max 15 people per group)
- Online live training consists of four 4-hour sessions and two 2-hour practice sessions. (Maximum 12 people per group)

Our facilitators are expert coaches who use the skills you will learn in their own lives.
They are great at spontaneously demonstrating a skill so that you can see how the skills are applied in everyday situations.
Their facilitation style creates a high level of safety so that people can look at themselves in a new way without feeling judged or insecure.
